As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak continues to evolve, BCT Heartland would like to update you on the measures we have taken to ensure the health of our employees and our commitment to provide customers with the same level of service we have provided over the past 22 years.
We have taken steps within our two production plants to ensure “Social Distancing” for our employees and customers. We have lengthened our daily production schedule so we have fewer employees per shift, while still delivering our current turn times. Employees who work on our software programs will temporarily work from home. Our software products are hosted at highly secure server centers.
Rest assured, we are continuing to monitor the situation closely as it develops. You can have confidence you will receive the same level of service and support that you always received from BCT Heartland. We will remain open during this outbreak and continue to deliver the highest quality and service you have come to expect while keeping a conscious effort regarding the health of all.
